Massage Therapist (Masseuse / Masseur) at Xpedient Expatriate Services

Responsibilities

• Perform various massage techniques including, deep tissue, sports massage, and others based on client needs.
• Customize massage treatments according to individual client health conditions, preferences, and goals.
• Assess clients' medical histories, symptoms, and specific conditions to develop appropriate massage treatment plans.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massages and suggest home care exercises and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the massage room and work area.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, such as chiropractors or physical therapists.
• Participate in promotional events and activities to market massage services and attract new clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a calming and therapeutic environment.
