    Lubrication Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Lubrication Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of employees engaged in lubricating industrial equipment and machinery. She/he will supervise the technicians for smooth operations.

    Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • To observe all safety rules and regulations concerning lubrication of the refinery equipments.
    • Responsible for the tracking and management of lubricant consumption including leakage control.
    • To adhere strictly to organization equipment maintenance standard.
    • Establishes lubricant consumption strategies.
    • To monitor and track lubricant consumption activities on daily basis.
    • Effective plant maintenance through maintenance job.
    • To ensure proper documentation of all lubricants used during maintenance.
    • Maintaining proper housekeeping.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience.
    • Must be a member of Nigerian Society Engineers of equivalent.

    Head, DSR Fleet

    Job Summary

    • The Head, DSR Fleet is responsible for leading and optimizing all logistics and fleet operations across the organization.
    • This includes ensuring cost-effective transportation, timely delivery of materials and finished goods, adherence to health and safety standards, and the efficient management of trucks and related infrastructure.
    • The role demands strategic oversight, operational excellence, and strong leadership to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the annual transport and fleet budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Oversee all transport and logistics operations, including daily loading, dispatch, and delivery activities.
    • Monitor truck movements to and from refineries, warehouses, and customer locations to ensure compliance with delivery schedules (Turnaround Time - TAT).
    • Maintain comprehensive records including performance metrics, customer service logs, safety documentation, and training records.
    • Ensure regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and licensing of all fleet vehicles.
    • Promote a strong health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) culture across all fleet operations.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure efficient management of workshops, truck parks, and fuel depots.
    • Drive logistics planning to achieve OTIFIC (On Time, In Full, Invoiced Correctly) targets.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to align logistics with business processes.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics and fleet team.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
    • 10 - 15 years of experience in logistics and transport, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior management role.
    • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) or other relevant professional bodies.

    Treasury Manager I

    Job Summary

    • Manage DCCI's liquidity and cash flow to effectively and responsibly meet business needs, oversee and address fund requests, coordinate transfers and payment processing, and nurture essential relationships.

    Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • Establish and implement processes and frameworks for managing DCCI’s liquidity and risk in line with Group Treasury policies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet DCCI’s short, medium and long term financing needs ensuring alignment with the DCP’s goals and objectives and the Group’s strategy.
    • Manage the DCCI’s daily cash flows/ liquidity and ensure availability of funds to meet the company’s operations and all likely contingencies.
    • Prepare cash forecasts and manage cash flows/cycles ensuring availability of adequate funds to meet DCCI’s daily operational requirements.
    • Identify the need and request for funds from Group Treasury as required.
    • Recommend strategies for raising necessary funds to facilitate the realisation of DCCI’s operational and corporate objectives.
    • Oversee the transfer of funds between DCCI and the Group in liaison with Group Treasury.
    • Validate all supplier and vendor payments and ensure that all requests for payment are supported with valid invoices/ receipts and other supporting documents in line with DCCI’s financial policies.
    • Oversee the disbursement of cash ensuring compliance with defined policies and procedures.
    • Establish and manage relationships with key bankers and investors.
    • Participate/ provide inputs in the review of DCCI’s bankers ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Manage the unit’s budget, review and approve expenditures as defined in the approved manual of authority.
    • Continually identify new banking service opportunities and provide recommendations and/ or business case for adoption of such services.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head, Head Office Accounting.

    Requirements
    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or other related disciplines.
    • Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
    • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong data analysis and modelling skills.
