Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create, edit, and publish written, visual, and multimedia content, including blog posts, articles, videos, social media posts, infographics, and more.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
• Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand values and resonate with target audiences.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines using keyword research and best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages on various platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to align content with overarching campaigns and goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 4 years experience proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
