• Fortis Global Insurance Plc is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting our diverse range of insurance products, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
• Promote and sell the company’s insurance products to both individuals and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide market feedback and prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or a related field.
• 4–8 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
