    Regional Sales Manager - North

    • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within a designated region.
    • This leadership position focuses on managing, mentoring, and guiding sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize regional sales performance.

    Our Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree / HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline
    • Professional qudifications / membership (IA, CIIN, etc) would be an added advantage.
    • Minimunn of 5 years' experience in a related role
    • Proven track record of managing and leading successful sales teams writhin the hsurance industry.
    • Existing network of contacts within tip insurance industry
