Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the Skin101 brand strategy in the beauty industry
• Promote the products and services of the companies by developing successful online and offline marketing strategies
• Conduct research to identify emerging marketing trends in the industry
• Brainstorm and execute all strategies including ads/campaigns and storytelling
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly
• Track sales and product performance in order to predict and analyse customer needs
• Developing and managing the marketing budget

Required Skills and Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry
• Customercentric and resultoriented
• Sales driven and a strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
