Marketing Officer(Mortgage) at Refuge Mortgage Bank Limited

Department: Marketing

 Key Objective: Responsible for all marketing activities in the Bank

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

• Contributes in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Robust experience in marketing and developing mortgage products
• Supports the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Organizes and attends to marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Prepare credit and marketing report for Management
• Generate deposits

Job Requirements: 

• BSC./HND  in Marketing, Business administration or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience as a Marketer in a financial institution
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
