    Marketing Officer

    Job Details

    • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted marketing strategies aimed at driving sales growth and expanding the customer portfolio.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments, understand their needs, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and product demonstrations that effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
    • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, enhancing their experience while increasing revenue.
    • Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that may impact sales or relationships.
    • Event Participation: Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and expand the customer base.
    • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition.
    • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to identify areas for improvement in products and services, informing future market strategy
