    Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities
    Key Result Area 1:

    • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance PPC Limited’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications and report progress to the Executive Director

    Key Result Area 2:

    • Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

    Key Result Area 3:

    • Research industry trends and competitive intelligence through survey and knowledge building programs to guide positioning decisions and ensuring that the sales teams in all verticals are kept up to date

    Key Result Area 4:

    • Ensure articulation of PPC’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the institution, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
    • Uphold protocol to ensure a uniform “house style” (uniform fonts, logos, pictures).

    Key Result Area 5:

    • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications, including product brochures, etc). Website Management

    Key Result Area 6:

    • Manage the Marketing and Communications staff – currently consisting of Digital Marketing Officer and Intern Content Writer

    Key Result Area 7:

    • Design promotional inputs and schemes for the various verticals to support market penetration efforts in all locations

    Key Result Area 8:

    • Leads special projects as assigned, such as special events, re-branding/logo development, etc
    • Weekly activity reports – Sectoral product insights

    Job Specification
    Education:

    • First Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or any related field.
    • Advanced degree in Marketing is an advantage

    Professional Qualification:

    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMN)
    • CIMA, UK
    • Any other relevant qualification

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10years in a B2B environment
    • Experience in a top Advertising Agency
    • Managing end to end marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL)
