Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct variance and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinate audits and statutory reporting
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise and mentor finance team (if applicable)

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
• 5–7+ years’ progressive finance/accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong presentation and leadership skills
• Technology sector experience is an advantage
