• We are seeking a results-driven ESG Consultant to support organizations in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into their strategy, operations, and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide advisory services that enhance sustainability performance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder trust, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

ESG Strategy & Advisory

• Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Integrate sustainability considerations into corporate strategy and risk management.

ESG Reporting & Disclosure

• Prepare sustainability and ESG reports in line with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, IFRS Sustainability Standards, TCFD, SASB).
• Support clients in meeting regulatory ESG disclosure requirements.
• Assist with carbon accounting and climate-related reporting.

ESG Risk & Compliance

• Conduct ESG risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Advise on environmental regulations, governance best practices, and social impact compliance.
• Develop ESG policies and governance frameworks.

Data & Performance Management

• Design ESG KPIs and performance tracking systems.
• Analyze sustainability data and provide actionable insights.
• Support ESG rating improvement strategies.

Capacity Building & Training

• Deliver ESG awareness workshops and executive briefings.
• Support leadership in embedding ESG culture within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Professional certifications in ESG/Sustainability (e.g., CFA ESG, GRI Certification, ISSB training) are an advantage.
• 3–7 years’ experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, risk management, or corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of global ESG standards and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
