Marketing Assistants (Field Marketers) at AA Mathew & Co. International

About the Role

• We are seeking energetic Marketing Assistants to join our business development team.
• You will be the face of AA Matthew & Co in local Nigerian communities. Your main aim is to build client relationships, promote our services physically, generate leads, and help grow the Nigerian client base.
• You’ll have a base salary plus commission for each client you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, introduce AA Matthew services.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into clients.
• Distribute promotional materials; attend networking events, expos, or relevant gatherings.
• Report regularly on client visit outcomes, leads acquired, conversion rates.
• Maintain records of field activity, client contacts, marketing materials.
• Work with the business development / senior marketing team to hit targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: SSCE
• Proven experience in sales / direct marketing / field work is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, travel locally and meet targets.
• Good record-keeping, reliability, basic numeracy.

Compensation

• Basic salary: N60,000 Montg + commission per client acquired.
