The Managing Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, building partnerships, and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs and initiatives. This role requires a passionate, results-oriented leader with a strong background in non-profit management, healthcare, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of CHDFNigeria’s vision and mission.
Oversee fundraising, donor engagement, and financial sustainability.
Manage staff, volunteers, and program operations.
Represent the foundation in public forums, media, and stakeholder engagements.
Foster partnerships with local and international organizations.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or development sector.
Strong understanding of public health issues, especially related to CHD, is an advantage.
Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in Public Health, Non-profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
