Our client, a long-established & leading management consulting practice with a strong presence in the multidisciplinary consulting and core competencies in HR & organization development building is desirous of identifying very experienced, self-managed, professionals of high integrity to fill the position below:

Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in HR / industrial relation and relevant disciplines
- Appropriate professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Upwards of 10 years working experience
- Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
- Extensive experience in managing outsourcing services
- Extensive Business Development skills and experience
- Proposal preparation / presentation skill
- HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey, etc).
