Lounge Manager at Excel and Grace Consulting

Job Summary

• We are hiring a results-driven Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale lounge located in GRA, Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory, and driving revenue.
• This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery
• Supervise and coordinate activities of bartenders, waitstaff, kitchen staff, and cleaners
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, food, and other supplies; manage procurement and inventory
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across the lounge
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and financial performance targets
• Plan and implement marketing activities, promotions, and events to boost patronage
• Work closely with vendors, security, and other partners to maintain operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lounge Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of bar operations, beverages, cocktails, and lounge service standards
• Familiarity with POS systems and stock management tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly (Competitive salary).
