Job Resonsibilities

• Open and close sales batches, supervise accounting operations.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales department to reconcile vendor invoices and follow up with owing customers to balance up payments.
• Deposit all daily cash sales at the bank and document all cash and complete daily cash functions like account tracking, office expense or impress, repairs, donation and all types of cash and banking reconciliations.
• Give monthly reporting analysis to the manager and achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile transactions, operations and general ledger including payment and account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Gather statements of accounts from all the business’ bank accounts, bring errors to near-zero in reporting, payroll administration and general bookkeeping.
• Foster positive work environment by consistently treating all employees and customers with respect and consideration.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant field.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly
