Logistic Coordinator for Warehouse at 2WTrade Nigeria

We are a multinational company from UK, and we have our local company in Nigeria that is growing.

Currently looking to hire a Logistic Coordinator for our Warehouse in Abuja. 

Requirements: 

• Lead and manage the different areas within our warehouse, ensuring the quality of shipments from our suppliers of goods and services demanded by the area as well as the added value of the team led.
• Generate KPIs and daily reports that allow the monitoring of the different activities. Administration of master items in the JIRA system.
• Guarantee that each of the shipping processes is executed with excellence.
• Comply with inventory management, ensuring the physical security of assets, as well as their economic and financial efficiency (obsolescence, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with the distribution process.
• Coordinate the asset agenda with the stakeholders (Customer Service, Commercial Teams, Sales Administration and Logistics).
• Coordinate, via internal and / or external support, the entry and labeling of imported goods to distribute and store to the rest of the branches.
• Control of income and expenses of merchandise and goods. Asset control.
• Stock balances of merchandise and goods.
• Stock status reports, critical limits and replenishment limits.
• Attention to audits, design and presentation of inventory reports.
