Fleet Operations Officer at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Fleet Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organizations vehicles and transportation operations. Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily fleet activities.
• Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance.
• Ensure all vehicles have valid documentation and licenses. 
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports.
• Coordinate drivers and monitor adherence to company policies.
• Investigate vehicle incidents and prepare reports when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
• Optimize fleet usage to reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
