Loan Collector at BestFin Nigeria Limited

Job Resposibilities:

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
• Follow up on debtors to ensure they repay their loan.
• Give detailed records of debtors handled daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting borrowers to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiating and setting up repayment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service to borrowers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in loan collection or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is a plus.
• Must be a computer literate and have a smart phone to work with.
