    Liaison Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To support to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor activities with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of Experts. 
    • To document activity record immediately after each event and prepare appropriate forms of documentation (e.g. activity report, meeting minutes) 
    • To report monitored progress of activities to Experts and relevant stakeholders. 
    • To identify lessons learned, challenges, and good practices related to planned/ implemented activities, report them to Experts and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, and propose possible solutions to address identified issues. 
    • To provide adequate on-the-spot feedback to those who are involved in planned/ implemented activities in order to improve their performance and motivation. 
    • To support administrative work and logistic arrangement requested by Experts. 
    • To accompany and actively involve business trips planned and requested by Experts. 
    • To perform any other duties requested by Experts.

    Requirement 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a liaison coordinator and/or office clerk. 
    • Have good skills for creating documents including reports and meeting minutes. 
    • Have good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
    • Be able to engage in various tasks positively for supporting activities performed by the organization’s Experts. 

    Required Competencies:

    • Have excellent communication abilities in English, including speaking, writing, reading and listening. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • To ensure the smooth operation of the Organization’s Experts’ activities in Nigeria.
    • To support the effective and efficient planning, implementation and monitoring of activities associated with the organization under the overall guidance of the organization’s Experts.
