    Leisure Development Manager

    • The Landmark Group is seeking an exceptional Leisure Development Manager to spearhead the design, planning, and execution of world-class leisure and lifestyle destinations across Nigeria and Africa.
    • This is a role for a visionary yet results-driven professional who can turn bold ideas into thriving destinations—creating unforgettable experiences, strengthening our brand, attracting visitors, and delivering long-term value.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Destination Development – Identify and evaluate new opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and manage projects end-to-end, from concept through to successful launch.
    • Project Leadership – Drive budgeting, scheduling, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery—on time and within budget.
    • Revenue & Performance Growth – Take ownership of revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies that maximize profitability and operational excellence.
    • Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and manage relationships with vendors, regulators, and government partners while negotiating contracts that ensure sustainable growth.
    • Innovation & Market Trends – Stay ahead of global leisure, lifestyle, and entertainment trends; introduce fresh, differentiated concepts that set Landmark apart and elevate customer experiences.

    Requirements:

    • 7–10 years of proven experience in leisure, hospitality development, real estate, or lifestyle project execution.
    • Strong execution and project management expertise with solid financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis, and risk management).
    • A creative and strategic thinker who can design and deliver unique, customer-driven leisure concepts.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage).
