    Legal Lead

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Lead for our client at Redemption Camp, Mowe, Ogun State.
    • The Legal Lead will be responsible for providing legal consulting services, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and effective communication within the company.

    Job Description

    • Oversee all legal and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and standards.
    • Provide legal advice on contracts, organizational policies, and operational issues.
    • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including agreements, MOUs, and policies.
    • Represent RHV in negotiations, legal disputes, and engagements with external stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate legal risks to safeguard the organization’s interests.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and advocacy.
    • Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and implement necessary updates.
    • Support the Executive Team with strategic legal guidance to achieve organizational goals.
    • Promote ethical practices and adherence to legal frameworks within RHV.
