Legal Intern at Electric Mobility Promoters Association of Nigeria (EMPAN)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic legal research on electric mobility policy, environmental regulations, and nonprofit governance.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting internal policy documents, letters, and MoUs.
• Support compliance documentation and filing for association registration and regulatory matters.
• Track legal or policy developments relevant to e-mobility in Nigeria.
• Assist with minute-taking and documentation for meetings.

General Tasks

• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
• Take meeting notes and record action points.
• Help manage Google Drive and shared documents.
• Support special projects and day-to-day team activities.

Qualifications

You should meet one of the following profiles:

• Studying law or a recent graduate of law (LLB/BL), with a strong interest in sustainability, nonprofits, or public policy.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and summarize legal/regulatory language clearly.
