Legal Auditor & Compliance at Adron Homes & Properties Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit compliance with corporate, real estate, labor, and regulatory laws.
• Review litigation files, land titles, permits, and statutory filings.
• Assess internal policies and procedures for legal adequacy.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, approvals, and statutory documents.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external counsel where required.
• Maintain a legal compliance checklist and audit calendar.
• Train internal teams on basic compliance and legal risk awareness.

Requirements:

• LL.B with minimum of 3–4 years relevant experience.
• Experience in compliance auditing or regulatory monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment skills.
