    Legal Advisor

    Job Summary

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port-Harcourt for an experienced Legal Advisor.
    • The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and handling labor and employment law matters.
    • Day-to-day tasks include advising the company on legal compliance, reviewing contracts, and minimizing legal risks.
    • The Legal Advisor will work closely with other departments to ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with over 5 years of relevant corporate experience.
    • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
    • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven experience in the legal aspects of the oil & gas or related industries is a plus.
