Job Summary:

• The Director, Legal Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all legal matters involving the Company, including litigation, dispute resolution, legal advisory, and compliance. The role is responsible for managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the Company’s interests, assets, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all legal cases, ensuring effective coordination and timely resolution.
• Provide sound legal advice to Management on disputes, contracts, and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external counsel for effective legal representation.
• Supervise legal documentation, contract reviews, and record management.
• Represent the Company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure.

Requirements:

• LL.B and BL qualification; Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant legal experience, with strong litigation and advisory background.
