Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and experienced Legal HR Officer to support the organization in managing human resources operations with strong compliance to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- The ideal candidate will combine HR expertise with legal knowledge to ensure proper employee relations management, policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, and legal compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage HR-related legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and dispute resolution processes.
- Advise management on HR legal risks and compliance matters.
