Senior Manager – Corporate Finance & Legal Structuring

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 8 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit , Legal and Regulatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage loan documentation, credit facilities & lender relationships
- Structure financing solutions (debt, bonds, commercial papers)
- Support IPOs, capital markets & refinancing activities
- Ensure regulatory compliance & corporate governance
- Oversee legal documentation for financial agreements
- Support board activities, fundraising & stakeholder communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate law
- Strong expertise in debt structuring & capital markets
- Deep knowledge of regulatory & compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, legal & strategic thinking skills
