    Lecturer II - Molecular Plant Genetics (Crop Protection & Environmental Biology)

    Requirements

    • The candidate should have a good first degree in Agriculture or Applied Biology with an M.Sc. degree in Plant Genetics and Ph.D. degree in Plant Genetics or Molecular Plant Genetics.
    • Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of use of genetic principles and tools and be able to handle cellular and sub cellular genetic analyses.
    • Candidates should have at least two publications in Plant Genetics.
    • Evidence of membership of related professional association/society as well as passion for teaching and research will be an added advantage.

    Salary Scale
    CONUASS 3
