Learning and Development Specialist at EZ37 Solutions

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Propose, review policies and processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the organization and Clients.
• Create training programs that are aligned with clients objectives and needs.
• Facilitate different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
• Perform training needs analysis in conjunction with Clients, identify skill gaps and create training interventions programs
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Design induction programs for new hires, conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training where necessary.
• Build relationships with 3rd party training providers
• Manage the development of the HR team from a training perspective.
• Design staple curriculums for all employees and Clients (i.e. values).

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering training material; developing a training strategy and understanding of different training methods and channels
• Advanced or proficient level of Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
