• We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive learning strategy that drives both individual and organizational growth.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, and will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of training programs.
• These will range from onboarding and technical skills training to leadership development and soft skills enhancement, develop engaging and impactful learning content, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and business objectives.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and workshops.
• Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Partner with department leaders to align training programs with company goals.
• Develop, curate, and manage a broad range of training programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills enhancement.
• Implement robust evaluation methods to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and overall business outcomes.
• Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve learning programs and ensure they meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development or a similar role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs.
