Learning and Development Manager at Rovedana

Job Description:

• We seek a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our partner's team
• The L&D manager will develop the planning and implementing company training & learning principles, establishing a clear and purposeful learning platform, curriculum, structure, and courses.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc./Masters Degree qualifications in Human Resources Management (L&D)Economics, Business Administration, Finance or any Other relevant courses.
• 5+ years Of work experience with a proven track record in high-performing
• Training and Learning teams especially in financial services and consult
• Previous experience as a training and development facilitator/consultant in financial institutions especially Fintech is required
• You've scaled learning functions in hyper-growth environments, preferably supporting electronic banking products.
• Strong technical capability, written and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into easily understood concepts.
• An analytical mindset and experience using data to drive change and elevate performanceknowledge Of educational programme design and implementation
