Lead Generator (Intern) at Ventures Platform

Job Description

We are looking for a smart individual with persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding, qualifying, and setting up the blocks for engagement with Potential partners. one who has a passion for research and good relationship management

• • Carefully choose, map out and conduct a filtering exercise for potential Partners and approach them
  • Research extensively within each community to better identify target audiences, partners, and community needs.
  • Utilize research findings to generate leads and maintain consistent reach, awareness, and opportunities for growth in each community.
  • Develop innovative ways to reach a target demographic, Partners, and donors with the use of technological advances, outreach organizations and success stories, etc.
  • Create interactive and high-quality content such as Webinars, Infographics, and Newsletters.
  • Work with the partnership manager to create growth opportunities by developing partner relations and identifying referral sources.
  • Support the partnership team in organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, and briefing sessions

  • Help identify opportunities for new content and PR based projects that drive organizational objectives.

  • Perform research on national and local trends, share findings with the Partnership team, and take the lead on creating projects that bring in new revenue.

  • Plan and administer community outreach and initiate new collaborations within each - community.

  • Represent the organization at events and work with the relevant authorities/ leaders to better learn/understand what the basic and pressing needs of the beneficiaries are for efficient outreaches.

Skills & Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in research and grant writing;
• Nonprofit experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Development, Communications, Marketing or any other related fields
• Excellent oral and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven
• Good Interpersonal relationships
• Able to effectively communicate
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the current trend with global, local, national best practices for not for profit organization with the specific geographic area(s)
• Good knowledge of innovative technology
• Ability to align with government priorities, organizational goals and achieve partners success
