Job Summary

• PWAN Group is looking for a strong, healthy, and proactive Legal Officer grounded in Real Estate Law.
• The ideal candidate must be reliable, confident, and capable of handling both field and office legal responsibilities.
• Candidate must reside in or around Ajah/Sangotedo for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handle property documentation and ensure perfection of title
• Provide legal advisory support on real estate transactions
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and external solicitors
• Manage dispute resolution and represent the company when necessary
• Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions.

Requirements

• LL.B and BL (qualified to practice in Nigeria)
• 2 - 4 years relevant experience, preferably in real estate law
• Strong knowledge of property law and land documentation processes
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Must reside around Ajah/Sangotedo, Lagos
• Ready for immediate employment.
