Land Lease Analyst at Workforce Group

Responsibilities
Title Documents Validation:

• Review and ensure strict adherence of title and sundry documents filed in with concluded negotiations to mitigate our risk exposure for sites within the assigned cluster
• Collaborate with Legal Regional Counsels to resolve ownership contentions relating to Lease Renewal Projects in the assigned cluster.
• Support external consultants for timely resolution of challenges experienced during the negotiation process.

Lease Renewal And Database Management:

• Track and facilitate closure of lease renewals initiation phase based on criticality to our business operation.
• Prepare and process Contracts for Lease, Renewal, Extension and Purchase purposes for sites in the assigned cluster.
• Collaborate with Legal Corporate Commercial to facilitate change of ownership where applicable on lease/purchase contract.
• Update and ensure data integrity of Lease and purchase details on the Lease Database Management system (Redcube).
• Provide inputs in evaluating business profitability of high lease sites·
• Preparing reports using data analytics and any other tools
• Any other task as assigned by the Land lease manager
