Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting for Kitchen / Production Assistants across our various locations:
• The Production Assistant(s) are responsible for producing orders and requests from walk-in customers, Help Desk representative or as instructed by the Outlet Manager.

Job Description

• Perform food preparation; from prepping, treating to processing the food.
• Refill and neatly arrange frozen fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for production in the fridge or freezers
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required at workstation for each shift’s work.
• Prep and treat fresh produce and vegetable e.g., dicing, cracking, scraping, mixing, grating etc. for each shift work
• Set aside prepped and treated fruits in the fridge at the close of business.
• Pack & display products ready for sale in the available chillers.
• Responsible to produce orders and requests from walk-in customers, Help Desk reps or as instructed by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE certificate or its equivalent.
• 0 - 3 years work experience.
• Kitchen/food production experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends.
• Genuine interest in production of healthy meals
• Candidates must live close to the desired location: Ikoyi and Lekki Phase 1.
