    Kitchen Manager

    • Your experience of  restaurant kitchen management is required in our restaurant. 
    • You need to have experience of managing a team of cooks in a quick service restaurant setting. 
    • You must demonstrate your experience of outdoor cooking of local dishes like swallows, soups and party style rice.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines , hygienic standards and quality control are essential 
    • You need to be available to start work immediately.
