Junior & Senior Biomedical Technician at Quantum Medical Solutions (OMS),

Position Overview

• As a Biomedical Technician, you will be on the front lines of maintaining and repairing critical medical equipment.
• Your role is crucial in minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring optimal performance for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on servicing, including corrective and preventive maintenance, on a wide range of critical biomedical equipment.
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to clinical operations.
• Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities, including service reports and parts usage.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing biomedical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
