Junior Portfolio Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 3 - 4 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with Identification and assessment of new investment opportunities
- Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies
- Prepare financial model to support investment decisions
- Assist with valuation analysis of portfolio companies
- Preparation of investment memorandum
- Carry out financial due diligence on new investment opportunities
- Analyze the historical records of portfolio companies
- Valuation analysis - portfolio companies
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- MA/MSc. Degree and professional certifications such as CFA, ACA and ACCA will be an added advantage
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to prepare financial model
- Strong valuation analysis
- A good understanding of transaction process
- Sound presentation and communication skills
- Sound financial analysis skills
