Funtay Global Resources Ltd. is an innovative company providing solutions to the energy/oil and gas industry. We are seeking a Junior Legal & HR Officer to work in our Legal department in Lagos (Lekki Phase 1). 

Job Description

• Assist Legal Counsel in legal duties such as agreement drafting, compliance applications, litigation management, etc.
•  Ensure company meets all government, regulatory, and compliance requirements
•  Assist Legal Counsel in creating procedures and policies for company’s legal, HR, and administrative department
• Oversee company’s HR and adminstration by ensuring employees are compliant with duties and documents
• Perform HR duties such as composing job descriptions, interviewing applicants, contacting applicants, etc.
• Organize and maintain personnel records of all staff, contractors, and employees
• Oversee company’s document management process and ensure all company documents and database are kept in file and up to date
• Create presentations and monthly/weekly reports and submit to management
• Create effective channels of communication between employees and management
• Create and circulate documents about the policies of our organization
