Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

Job Summary

• The IT Senior Support Engineer provides advanced technical support for IT infrastructure, systems, and end users.
• The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system reliability, and leading IT support activities in line with organizational policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide third-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and enterprise applications
• Manage and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email, and user access
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall systems
• Lead troubleshooting of critical incidents and root-cause analysis
• Supervise and mentor junior IT support staff
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions
• Maintain system documentation, asset records, and support reports
• Ensure compliance with IT security, backup, and disaster recovery policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4 – 6 years of proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and IT security basics
• Experience with virtualization, backups, and system monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and support business-critical systems
