Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the Company's IT systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
• Design, develop, update, and maintain the Company's website.
• Ensure the website remains functional, secure, and user-friendly.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Ensure proper functioning of office technology and communication systems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Ensure proper backup and recovery of company data.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Train staff on the proper use of technology and digital tools.
• Implement website updates, new features, and improvements as required.
• Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports.
• Ensure website content is updated regularly in collaboration with the Media and Marketing teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, bugs, and technical issues.
• Ensure website security and protection against cyber threats.
• Support the implementation and management of CRM systems and other business software.
• Recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Support online marketing campaigns from a technical perspective.
• Manage company email systems, domains, hosting services, and cloud-based applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and technology usage.
