Invitation to Submit Quotations/Bids for the Supply of Menstrual Hygiene Kits in Dikwa LGA at Green Concern for Development

You are invited to submit a quotation/bid for the below-listed item(s).

Terms and Conditions: The under-listed terms and condition guides the execution of this Invitation (Request for Quotation- RFQ) and should guide every bidder in making an informed decision before submitting the bid/tender/quotation(s).

• The requested document will be delivered to GREENCODE in Borno State on or before 5th April 2024.
• GREENCODE shall not bear in full or in part any shipment, mail charge or bank charges associated with this submission of this Quotes/Tender/Bid, if any cost is incurred it shall be to your account bidder.
• The disputes, if any, shall be subject to mutual discussion (option number 1) if failed then either party or both parties can seek redress in the court of Law (high court).

Method of RFQ Submission

• Hard copies of completed RFQs should be address and submitted to the following address; The Procurement Committee, Green Concern for Development (GREENCODE),
• Lagos Street, Before Sauki Plus Pharmacy,
• Maiduguri, Borno State. Note the deadline for submission is 5th April, 2024 by 3 pm. Kindly note any submission that does not follow instructions will not be attended to.
• Valid Business Registration (Copy of CAC registration & Valid Tax Clearance) (20 marks)
• Evidence of Bank Account in Company name and bank statement. (10 marks)
• Submit your Quotes on both your Company letterhead and also fill the attached RFQ form. (10 marks)
• All quotes must be on the company’s letterhead stamped with the company stamp. (10 marks)
• Evidence of previous work experience in the relevant supplies that is more than two years including the contacts of at least two clients. (10 marks)
• Experience supply in Borno is an advantage (10 marks) 
• Attached coloured sample picture of items to be supplied to GREENCODE. (10 marks)
