    Sales Promoters (Rivers)

    About the Role

    • Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team.
    • In this role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, engaging walk-in customers, promoting our phone financing solution, and guiding them through the onboarding and application process.
    • This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a passion for helping customers access mobile devices through flexible payment plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing product.
    • Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms in a clear and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
    • Provide accurate information, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Work closely with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
    • Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other assigned sales metrics.
    • Follow up with pending customers to ensure completion of applications and final approvals.
    • Ensure compliance with Flexi MFB sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.
    • Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and service standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
    • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
    • Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred, but not required).
    • Computer literacy and ability to use smartphones or digital onboarding tools effectively.
    • Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Data Product Specialist

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for an experienced Data Product Specialist to support the monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our data dashboards across multiple African markets.
    • This role requires strong SQL and BI tool experience, the ability to monitor real-time data and identify anomalies, and a good understanding of data products and data pipelines in order to effectively communicate with product and engineering teams. 

    Key Responsibilities
    Dashboard Management & Maintenance:

    • Historical Data: Manage and update editable BI dashboards across multiple African markets, ensuring high visualization standards and logic accuracy.
    • Real-time Data: Oversee real-time monitoring systems; identify improvements and functional gaps to guide product iterations.

    Business Enablement & Training:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for front-line business teams across Africa.
    • Provide manual instuction and support to business teams on how to use dashboards effectively.

    Vigilant Monitoring & Anomaly Detection:

    • Proactively monitor all dashboards and identify abnormal data patterns.
    • Investigate data anomalies, determine possible root causes, and lead the "issue-to-resolution" cycle.
    • Escalate data issues and provide clear feedback to product or engineering teams when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience with BI Platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Data Product Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field. Experience with customer service business is a major plus.
    • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to monitor high-frequency real-time data and a "product-first" approach to solving systemic data issues.
    • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence R&D priorities.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.

    Administrative Specialist

    Description

    • We’re looking for an Administrative Specialist who is passionate about our mission of driving financial inclusion in Africa.
    • The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
    • Manage schedules and deadlines.
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

    • Familiarity with creating administrative policies and procedures.
    • Very good understanding of office management processes.
    • Experience with financial and facilities management principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an excellent team player.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience of FINTECH will be an added advantage.
