Investment Officers at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Job Description: 

As an Investment Officer in Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing investment activities for an ongoing project, as well as other related real estate activities. You will need to attract investments from suitable investors at a rate of ₦500,000 per plot of land, with a return on investment (ROI) of 40% over 12 months, and a monthly target of ₦4.5 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company\'s objectives and financial goals.
• Property Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition, negotiate purchase terms, and oversee the transaction process. 
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting investment performance and market trends.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on investment activities and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements related to real estate investments.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment/sales or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of real estate markets and regulations.

Engagement mode: Temporary for the duration of the project (6 months). The possibility of conversion to Permanent Staff will be discussed at that time.

Salary: ₦150,000 plus 10% on the monthly target reached. 

Location: Mosalashi bus stop, Alagbado, Lagos.
