Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and financial advisors.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Finova Africa investment offerings.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Provide exceptional client service and build long-term relationships with investors.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory developments in the investment management industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in investment sales or a related role.
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
