International Sales and Marketing Executive at New Star Metal International Limited (NSMIL)

Responsibilities

• To search for customers online
• To communicate and market products to customers using internet facilities and phone calls or social media.
• To provide update about the customers specification while the products are produced and shipped.
• To follow up with the goods and documents to customers bank destination.
• To follow up with our bank on payment paid to our account for prompt confirmation.
• To send, receive and keep proper records of the customers documents
• To liaise with the shipping agents and shipping lines so that the customers goods re shipped and arrived at their destination.
• Sourcing for vehicles to covey the goods.
• Loading of materials and shipping of containers.
• Recording the weight of goods loaded in the container.
• Tracking of containers and checking of vessel schedule on the shipping line website.
• To check and make sure customers make payment at the appropriate time and also confirm that the actual total invoice value is paid.
• To collect insurance certificate and inspection report from respective company.
