• The role is responsible for evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the organization's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• This role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting Or any related discipline.
• A Professional certification or progress toward ICAN, ACCA, CIA equivalent Will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Knowledge Of NAICOM regulations, the Insurance Act, IFRS 17, and Solvency II (or equivalents).
• Familiarity With core insurance operations (life, general, Or reinsurance) is highly desirable.
• Experience with audit tools and data analytics is a plus.
