This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Financial Advisor based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work remotely on some occasions.
The Insurance Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial and insurance planning services to clients, including assessing financial needs, offering tailored insurance products, and assisting with retirement and investment plans.
The role involves building strong client relationships, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
Knowledge of Insurance and Investments
Strong understanding of Finance principles and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to manage financial processes and insurance solutions
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related courses
Proven experience in financial advisory, insurance, or investment planning roles
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
