    Instrument Sales Executive (Lagos)

    • In this role, you will lead a cross-cutting growth workstream to identify and develop strategies for delivering the company's long-term revenue projections.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve the set revenue target from Instrument Sales within the assigned Territory
    • Maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of no more than 45 days
    • Maintain Net Profit Margin of 40%
    • Deliver Quarterly and Monthly Revenue and Profitability Forecasts (95% accuracy)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Medical or Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field with at least a second-class upper division.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, laboratory products, or diagnostics.
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and existing network of contacts in research labs, diagnostics labs, hospitals, or pharma companies is a preferred qualification.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
